3 How to use this program
With the
synopsis of the recode call, we stress
the difference between using this program as a file
filter, or recoding many files at once. The first
parameter of any call states the recoding request,
and this deserves a section on its own. Options are
then presented, but somewhat grouped according to
the related functionalities they control.
